Gopi Galla Goa Trip (November 2025) is directed by Rohit Penumatsa and co-directed by Camp Sasi. The story follows two young men named Gopi — lifelong friends from a village in Gadwal, Telangana — who chase a dream of seeing Goa together. It is a coming-of-age road film shot with documentary-like intimacy, grounded in the textures of real Telugu life.
The film was shot across 15 locations in 15 days — from Gadwal to the beaches of Goa — without any official shooting permissions. What it lacks in production infrastructure, it more than makes up for in emotional honesty, lived-in performances, and Ravi Nidamarthy's extraordinary score.
