Vivek Sagar is a music composer, singer, and producer based in Hyderabad. He rose to national prominence with the soundtrack of Pelli Choopulu (2016), which won the National Film Award for Best Direction that year.
Through Tapeloop Records, his independent label, Vivek has consistently pushed boundaries — blending folk, electronic, and cinematic elements into a sound that is entirely his own.
Our partnership with Vivek Sagar began through Avanti Cinema. We eventually convinced him to expand his private music space and allow MC Joint to be the exclusive distributors and marketers of his independent catalogue.
