Kiyaan is an independent rapper and member of B12 Band, represented by MC Joint. We found him through the local cypher circuit — the underground live rap events where Hyderabad's independent hip-hop scene tests itself — and what struck us immediately was the distinctiveness of his voice, both literally and stylistically.
Every member of B12 Band comes from a different place in India and carries a different sonic identity. Kiyaan's contribution to the collective is a particular flavour that keeps listeners anchored even when the beat shifts. He is currently developing original material through MC Joint.
